Gluten free cabbage pizza

Raw materials:

1 piece of cauliflower
1 egg
50 g grated mozzarella
salt
dried basil
2 tablespoons of tomato paste
4 slices of ham
1 handful of grated mozzarella
1 handful of spinach leaves
ground black pepper

Access:

1. The dough is very simple and you can put whatever you want on top. Chop or mix the raw cauliflower into small pieces, fry in a little oil for about 7-8 minutes. Dry thoroughly with a towel to make it as dry as possible and mix with egg and cheese. Mix and shape pizza on baking paper. Bake at 220 degrees for 15 minutes.
