Simple tiramisu with mascarpone in glasses. If we feel like something sweet, but not dry, homemade tiramisu is the right choice. In summer, these glasses are refreshing, also very suitable as an addition confectionery

Ingredients for a wonderful tiramisu

  • 250 g mascarpone,
  • 100-120 ml whipped cream,
  • 2-3 spoons of powdered sugar,
  • 4-5 spoons of eggnog,
  • mini sponge cakes,
  • 1 cup of brewed black coffee,
  • 1-2 tablespoons of rum,
  • cocoa to sprinkle

Quick step by step for tiramisu in a glass

  1. First, we make the coffee, after it has cooled a little we can strain it and add rum to it to taste.
  2. Add the cream to the mascarpone and whip the cream. Add sugar and gradually egg nog. We will use it instead of fresh eggs, which are usually included in the original tiramisu. However, this substitute is especially useful in the summer when the weather is hot and fresh eggs can be a nightmare. Liquor in turn gives the cream the flavor of beaten eggs.
  3. We fill the cream in a bag with a smooth tip (but it also works with a bag without any tip).
  4. We cover the bottom of the glasses with sponge cakes, which we pour over coffee with rum Cover with cream, put sponges, pour, cream again, sponges again and finally cream. Roughly dust the surface with cocoa and let it harden in the cold.
