Delicious recipes with minced meat: Try baked meatballs and spicy meatballs

Minced meat is extremely popular in the kitchen. It is easy to work with, even easier to flavor and is part of extremely popular dishes. We chose three of them today, but we tried to prepare them in a not quite traditional way. For example, classic meatballs can be baked instead of fried, meatballs are prepared nicely spicy, and we must not forget Bolognese ragout on spaghetti for minced meat favorites.

Baked meatballs

We need:

  • 600 g of minced meat
  • 50 g of bacon
  • 2 buns
  • milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • salt and black pepper
  • ground pepper
  • marjoram
  • 1 tablespoon plain flour

Access: Cut the buns into small cubes and soak them in milk. Cut the onion into small cubes and fry it in a pan together with pieces of bacon. Set it aside and let it stand for a minute, meanwhile add salt, black pepper and garlic to the minced pork and beef mixture. We will also add onions and bacon, arrange rolls soaked in milk, two eggs, ground sweet pepper, marjoram and a little flour to make the mass thicker. If it is too thin, we thicken it with a little sprinkle. We form the mixture into meatballs, which we bake in the oven on a greased baking sheet for approximately 30 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. First, pour some water on the baking sheet. Served with potatoes.

Bolognese ragout

We need:

  • 500 g of minced pork
  • 1 onion
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 carrot
  • parsley
  • 2 cans of peeled tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • 1 dl of red wine
  • salt and black pepper
  • parmesan

Access: Cut the vegetables into small cubes and fry them in oil. Then we add minced meat, which we salt and pepper. Cook under the lid and after a few minutes add red wine. We continue without the lid, let the alcohol evaporate. After some time, add canned tomatoes and reduce the flame. This is how we cook the sauce patiently, ideally for two to three hours. We serve the ragout on spaghetti and sprinkled with grated Parmesan cheese.

Spicy meatballs

We need:

  • 500 g of minced meat (mixture of pork and beef)
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g of tomato puree
  • a handful of oatmeal
  • parsley
  • dried chili pepper
  • ground red pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of plain flour
  • salt and black pepper

Access: Finely chop the onion, add 2 crushed garlic cloves and oatmeal. Add minced meat and season with salt, black pepper, parsley and a pinch of dry chili. We form balls, which we fry in a pan on all sides. We put the balls on a greased tray and cover them with tomato puree, which we previously seasoned with ground paprika, a little chili, crushed garlic, black pepper and salt. If the puree is too thick, we can dilute it with a little water or wine. Bake for about 40 minutes at 180 degrees, you can turn the balls here and there. Served with fresh bread or potatoes.
