- 1 head of white cabbage
- 3 eggs
- ground black pepper
- plain flour
- bread crumbs

- Cut the washed cabbage into quarters and boil in salted water. When it is semi-soft, pour off the water and let the cabbage cool.
- In the meantime, we will prepare the ingredients for wrapping. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper. Pour flour into the second bowl and breadcrumbs into the third.
- Cut the cooled cabbage into slices. We first cover each one with flour, then with an egg and finally with a breadcrumb. Carefully place the cutlets prepared in this way into the hot oil, so that they are completely submerged. Fry until golden.
