GYPSY ROAST FROM SVIECKOVICE
3 SERVINGS, PREPARATION 15 MINUTES, BAKING 15 MINUTES
- 400 g of pork fillet
- 3 buns
- 1 garlic
- 1 large tomato
- 1 onion
- salad heart
- chives for sprinkling
- salt, pepper
- fries as a side dish
For the delicious mayonnaise:
- 3 spoons of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of French mustard
- ground white pepper
- 1 garlic
- Cut the fillet into thicker slices, gently pat with a cloth, salt and pepper. Fry on both sides on hot pork pork. Cover with a lid and let stand.
- Cut the buns in half and fry the cut sides in a dry pan. Rub the toasted bottom parts of the bun with garlic. Pour the meat patty over the top buns.
- Mix the mayonnaise with mustard, ground white pepper and pressed garlic. Cover the roasted bottom cut side of the bun, place two slices of roasted lengthwise, tomato slices, onion rings and lettuce each. Sprinkle with chopped chives and cover with the top of the bun. Serve with french fries.
