Recipe: Baked potatoes stuffed with minced meat, yum!

You can literally make magic in the kitchen with potatoes. Without much effort, you can turn them into a feast for the whole family. There are countless recipes for stuffed potatoes. We will offer you an ordinary, but so good that you will immediately write it in the cookbook.
Have delicious baked potatoes with a generous filling of meat and cheese for dinner today.

We will need:

6 large potatoes
• 300 g of minced meat
• 2 medium sized onions
• 200 g of cheddar cheese
• salt
• ground black pepper
• rosemary

Access:

Wash the potatoes in their skins well and boil them in salted water until semi-soft. Let it cool, cut it in half and hollow out the inside. We will also make potato bowls.

Mix the meat with finely chopped onion, half of the grated cheddar cheese and the hollowed out potato mass. Salt, pepper, add rosemary and mix thoroughly to combine the flavors.

Fill the hollowed potatoes with the filling and sprinkle with the remaining cheese. Place on a tray covered with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes in an oven heated to 180°C. Baked stuffed potatoes can also be decorated with fresh herbs and served, for example, with garlic dressing.
