SPINACH COOK WITH POTATOES

SERVES 4, PREPARATION 15 MINUTES, COOKING 30 MINUTES
You need:
- 400 g of frozen spinach
- 1 tablespoon of butter
- 1 small onion
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of flour
- 100 ml of vegetable broth
- salt, pepper to taste
- 3 tablespoons of whipping cream
- 4 eggs
- dried chili pepper
For potato chips:
- 1-2 potatoes
- oil or bacon for frying
- salt
ACCESS:
- Let the spinach thaw. You can also use frozen spinach leaves and chop them up a bit, so the mixture will have a very nice texture.
- Put a tablespoon of butter in the pot and let it melt. Add finely chopped onion and fry. Add the crushed garlic and reheat for a minute. Mix a spoonful of flour, pour broth over the roast, mix well and add thawed spinach. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook to cook the flour.
- Cut the potato into thin slices for chips. Dry the slices well with a paper towel and fry in heated oil or lard until golden. Drain on a paper towel and season with salt.
- Finally, soften the mixture with cream and you can serve it with potato chips, poached egg and dried chilli.
