Get inspired by our tips for 3 simple desserts that are easy to prepare and at the same time full of wonderful flavors. If you use food to help you, you can cut the preparation and subsequent dishwashing time in half:
#1 Monkey chocolate brownie cake
Especially the little ones will be delighted with this recipe. In addition, children can help not only with eating, but also with preparation and decoration. Helping in the kitchen with baking or cooking, they develop their creativity and manual skills. This chocolate delicacy is also a real pleasure on the tongue.
For the corpus:
- 300 g dark chocolate
- 230 g of butter
- 4 eggs
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- 200 g cane sugar
- 80 g plain flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
For the completion:
- 110 g cream cheese
- 5 spoons of milk
- 150 g milk chocolate
For monkey face:
- 65-75 g chocolate cereal chips
Step #1 At first, we melt the dark chocolate together with the butter in a water bath and let it cool a little, but do not harden.
Step #2 Meanwhile, mix the eggs and sugar well. Add flour, baking powder and cocoa. Mix well again. Then pour the prepared mixture of chocolate and butter into this mixture.
TIP: The whole process is simplified by the Titanium Chef Patissier XL robot with its heating bowl, in which you weigh and heat ingredients such as butter or chocolate at the same time. The egg robot also whips into a fluffy foam. You can then add the other ingredients and the machine will mix the ingredients to a perfect consistency for you.
Step #3 Pour the prepared mixture into a greased and floured cake pan and bake at 160°C for about 30-35 minutes.
Step #4 For the frosting, melt the chocolate with milk (we’ll use a robot again to make it easier), let it cool a little and then mix it with the cream cheese. Spread the mixture on the cooled cake.
Step #5 We will use chocolate chips to create a monkey head. We put them on top and on the sides of the cake. We will make eyes, mouth and nose with pika. There are no limits to creativity in this case. Place the cake in the refrigerator.
#2 Healthy mole cake with a surprise
Probably many of you know the classic version of the mole cake. Get a convenient “taple package” in the store, buy a few ingredients and voila, you have a delicious dessert ready. However, a mountain of whipped cream with sprinkles can also be prepared in a healthier version. Impress everyone with this recipe at home!
For the dough:
- 400 g boiled chickpeas
- 100 g apple puree
- 3-4 tbsp honey
- 3 spoons of cocoa
- a pinch of cinnamon
For the filling:
- 500 g soft cottage cheese
- sweetener (honey/stevia – as needed)
- grated coconut (optional)
- 60 g dark chocolate
- 2 large bananas
Step #1 We start by preparing the dough. We mix the ingredients together until we prepare a fine mass.
Step #2 Transfer the dough to a cake mold (ø20cm) and bake for 45-55 minutes at 180°C until it acquires a firm consistency.
Step #3 Let the baked body cool and then use a spoon to hollow out the inside, leaving a reserve of about 1 cm from the edges and from the bottom of the mold.
Step #4 Peel the bananas, cut them crosswise and place them on the bottom of the body.
Step #5 In a bowl, mix soft cottage cheese with chocolate cut into pieces, sweetener to taste and maybe grated coconut. Apply the resulting filling to the body with bananas.

Step #6 Finally, we sprinkle the filling with the crushed, hollowed part of the corpus.
Step #7 Let the cake harden in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
#3 Perfect strawberry dessert from 3 ingredients
A minimum of time and ingredients are often enough to prepare delicious desserts. It’s the same with this magical recipe – enchant the whole family with a strawberry glass!
For the full recipe:
- A cup of sliced strawberries
- A cup of whipped cream (33%)
- 1 package of red gelatin
Step #1 Whip the cream and set it aside.
Step #2 Then prepare the gelatin (according to the procedure on the package). When the gelatin is ready, divide it into two halves. Add halved pieces of strawberries and layer the mixture into the prepared glasses. The glasses must be tilted to get the right effect. Allow the gelatin thus prepared to harden sufficiently.
TIP: Use the heating function of the Titanium Chef Patissier XL robot to quickly prepare gelatin (without many dishes) and the whipping function to whip cream to a precise consistency. Neither much nor little.
Step #3 Add half of the whipping cream to the other half of the gelatin and mix thoroughly. Layer the prepared mixture into glasses and let it harden again.
