Do you like apple pies? There are many recipes for this flour and many have their own, tried and tested over the years. We believe you will add this wonderful and fluffy cookie to your list of best recipes. It’s incredibly easy to prepare, takes maybe 5 minutes, and with a 25-minute baking time, you’ll have the cake on the table before your favorite series is over.
- 3 eggs
- 100 g of sugar
- 70 g of melted butter
- 180 ml of milk
- 300 g plain flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
- 3 larger apples

Place the eggs in a bowl and beat together with the sugar. Add melted butter, milk and mix. Finally, add sifted flour, mixed with baking powder. Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk. Peel the apples and cut them into slices. Pour half of the batter onto a non-stick baking sheet (or use baking paper), line it up, arrange the sliced apples and cover with the other half of the batter. If you prefer sweeter flours, you can lightly sprinkle the top with sugar. Place in an oven heated to 180 degrees and bake for 30 minutes (if the cake is ready, test with a skewer). Bon appetit!
