Lasagna is one of the favorite Italian recipes that we have loved here. Layer lasagna with bologna sauce, béchamel and cheese. The best are lasagnas that do not need to be pre-cooked, just layer them and they will be nicely cooked in the oven in 30 minutes.

We need:

  • 400 g of lasagna
  • 500 g of minced meat
  • a large onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 500 g of tomato puree
  • 200 g of peeled canned tomatoes
  • 2 large carrots
  • 2 parsley
  • fresh oregano and basil
  • 2 dcl of red wine
  • 800-900 ml of lukewarm milk
  • 100 g of butter
  • 80 g plain flour
  • nutmeg
  • 100 g of parmesan or other hard cheese
  • oil
  • pepper, salt

Access:

Finely chop the onion and the garlic. Radish parsley and carrot.

Fry the onion in oil, then add garlic, carrots and parsley.
Simmer for a while and add minced meat. Salt and pepper.
When the meat is browned, pour wine over it and cover.
Let it boil for 15-20 minutes and add tomato puree and tomatoes.
Add herbs, mix thoroughly and cover. We try to cook as long as possible. At least 45 minutes, but the longer the better. Make sure the sauce has enough water so it doesn’t burn.
When the sauce is ready, half-thick, prepare the béchamel. Melt the butter in a pan.
Add flour and keep stirring.
Slowly add the milk and mix well to remove lumps from the flour. Finally, add nutmeg. Let it boil.
Layer bologna sauce on the bottom of a rectangular baking dish or baking dish.
Separate the lasagna sheets and layer the bolognese sauce on them again.

The next layer will be bechamel and grated cheese. Then lasagna, bologna sauce, béchamel and cheese.
Bake in the oven at 180°C for about 30 minutes.
