Recipe for pork slices on mushrooms: They should be with taro!

If you brought home a forest harvest in the form of mushrooms this year or if you still have some dried supplies from last year, this recipe is a great way to use them and at the same time have a tasty and delicious meal. Pork chops with tarragon are a proven classic that will not disappoint.

We need:

– a small bowl of dried forest mushrooms
– 1 kg of pork
– 500 g of tarragon
– ermine/gentian
– a bigger onion
– oil
– fresh herbs
– salt, pepper

Access:

4. Soak the dried mushrooms in water.

6. The lumps will gradually darken. When they are nicely browned, add 2-3 tablespoons of oil.

7. Stir a little and finally pour water and salt.

8. We recommend 750 ml of water for 500 g of tarragon. Let it boil.

9. Cover the tarragon and let it finish cooking on the weakest flame or on a heated but turned off plate. It takes about 25 minutes.

10. Strain the mushrooms, but keep the water from them.
