Vegetable skewers with tofu à la Sova_huhu
Ingredients for 4 skewers:
8 champions
8 pieces of cherry tomatoes
1 piece of tofu K-take it veggie salted slice
1 onion
1 piece of paprika
1/2 pumpkin
6 pieces of mini popcorn
Creamy Herb Garlic Marinade:
1 piece K-take it vegetable soy cream
2 cloves of garlic
grated rind of half a lemon
salt and black pepper
pinch of smoked paprika
finely chopped favorite fresh herbs
Access:
Cut the vegetables and take it vegetable tofu into approximately equal pieces and top them. Rub the prepared skewers with the marinade that we mix in a bowl next to it. We will grill sprudka from all sides. We serve it with Pahreba potatoes, which can be pre-cooked before grilling. We wish you good taste.
Sona’s roasted fruit in a bathrobe
Raw materials:
1 apple, pineapple or other fruit
60 g plain spelled flour
90 ml K-take it vegetable milk
1 tablespoon of cinnamon sugar
K-Bio maple syrup for pouring
K-take it veggie coconut yogurt for garnish

Access:
Cut the fruit into thin slices and cut out the middle. We prepare a thicker dough from flour, milk and cinnamon sugar. We dip the slices in the batter and put them on the contact grill, greased with a little oil. Fry until golden on both sides. Pour agave syrup over the grilled slices on a plate and garnish with coconut yogurt. You will definitely enjoy it.
